Steve Dade is an Army Infantry Veteran with nearly 20 years of sales and 14 years of staffing experience. He has helped grow a company from $50 million in annual revenue to over $100 million and is an expert with staffing growth strategies and culture improvement strategies. All of his solutions are tailor made for his clients, and he is obsessed with their success.
My Story
Prior to Steve's time in the Staffing Industry, he served in the Army as an Infantryman. After two years, injuries prevented him from being able to continue his service, but the passion to serve others still burned within him. Steve went to Plymouth State University to study sales, and began his staffing career. While in staffing, he was a multiple President's Club award winner, a culture/core values award winner, and always was the top selling person in the companies he served.

Steve has developed unique and highly impactful methodologies for sales, account management, and recruitment and was able to help one company grow from $50 million to over $100 million in three years. He has helped many professionals double the amount of job orders being taken in and grow their own personal skill sets.
